dtv-scan-tables: frequency updates for Finland
...
The VHF DVB-T2 muxes were terminated by their operator DNA end of 2019.
Update also the UHF frequency muxes operated by Digita.

Move the contents of dvbv5_dvb-t into dvb-t

Now that we have everything with DVBv5 format, we can get rid of
duplicated tables.
